Privacy Policy, Beyond the Hedge

Beyond the Hedge ("we") uses tools connected to Instagram to manage conversations with businesses and people who contact us.

What we collect. When you message, comment on, or mention @beyondthehedge_artisans on Instagram, we receive your Instagram username, your Instagram account ID, and the content of the message or comment.

How we use it. Only to respond to you and to keep a record of our business conversations in our internal customer list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for advertising.

Where it's stored. In the business tools we use to run Beyond the Hedge (including Notion and n8n), which are accessible only to us.

How long we keep it. For as long as we have an ongoing business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

Deleting your data. Email tom@beyondthehedge.co with your Instagram username and the subject "Delete my data." We will delete your information within 30 days and confirm by email.
